Transparent methodology

How Glow evaluates AI coaching products

Glow comparisons evaluate reproducible product behavior, not implied clinical efficacy. Each review records the test conditions, evidence type, unresolved facts, conflict, and correction history.

The evaluation record

Every product evaluation should preserve enough detail for another reviewer to understand what was and was not tested.

  • Date, platform, device, region, plan, and account state.
  • Interaction initiation, supported channels, and user controls.
  • Memory, privacy, deletion, pricing, and safety documentation.
  • Hands-on observation versus vendor statement.
  • Unknown cells, conflicts of interest, and material corrections.

Rules that prevent false certainty

A silent source never proves absence. A numeric output never proves accuracy. A feature never proves efficacy. Glow receives no hidden scoring advantage, and Endo Health’s ownership is disclosed.
