Glow is a paid AI weight-loss coach for people who want a conversation about putting their plans into practice. You can talk, text or share food photos, and Glow can call when needed. If you already know what you intended to do but want to talk through what got in the way, this is the part of the experience to explore.
An AI coach is not a clinician. This page describes the product and ways to evaluate its fit; it does not promise weight loss or present a clinical trial of Glow. Endo Health, Inc. publishes this page and makes Glow.
Start with the decision that keeps getting postponed
“I want to lose weight” can hide several different jobs. You might need a meal arrangement that fits work, a way to record what happened, a conversation about a difficult day, or individual medical advice. Naming the immediate job makes it easier to choose useful support.
Imagine that you have chosen weekday lunches but keep reaching the end of the morning without having one available. The next question is concrete: what needs to happen before the workday starts? A conversation can begin with that situation rather than another request for a completely new diet.
You do not need to arrive with a perfect explanation. Describe what you intended, what actually happened and what you want help thinking through. Keep clinical questions with the professional qualified to answer them.
What you can bring to a Glow conversation
The plan did not fit work
“I planned to prepare lunch, but my shift changed. Help me think through what I can arrange.” You decide which option fits your time, access to food and needs.
You want to reflect on a meal
“Here is a food photo. These are the ingredients I know about, and this is what I want to discuss.” Missing ingredients and portions cannot be established from the picture alone.
You stopped using a routine
“I used to choose meals before shopping. I stopped when the week became busy.” Consider whether to restart that arrangement or choose another.
You want to review your next step
“This is what I intended and what happened. Help me identify the question I still need to answer.” You still need to evaluate whether a suggestion is appropriate and whether qualified advice is needed.
These are invented starting prompts, not customer transcripts or promises of a particular AI response. They do not show automatic importing of a web worksheet, calendar access or an app integration.
Voice, text and food photos serve different moments
Speaking may suit a moment when you would rather describe the situation aloud. Text lets you put a question into your own words. A food photo can supply context for a conversation, especially when accompanied by what you know about the meal.
None of those formats independently verifies what you ate or did. A photo is not a measurement of exact nutrition, a way to detect every ingredient or an allergy check. Read an AI response as something to evaluate, and clarify incorrect assumptions rather than treating fluent wording as proof.
Glow can call when needed. This page does not offer a guaranteed daily call, a specific trigger algorithm or a user-selected call schedule. The product walkthrough shows the documented experience and approved interface examples.
Choose the kind of help your problem calls for
You may need something other than conversational software, or more than one kind of support. Use the task as your starting point.
| Main job | A practical next step |
|---|---|
| Decide what to eat during a busy week | Use the editable weekly meal example to organize choices before choosing an app |
| Prepare meals you have already selected | Use the meal-preparation guide to organize preparation |
| Keep a record with a specific database or integration | Inspect that exact feature, editing workflow and current purchase terms in the product you are considering |
| Talk through a barrier in your plan | Review Glow's voice and text experience and decide whether paid AI conversation fits |
| Get personal medical or nutrition advice | Consult an appropriately qualified professional and clarify the service they provide |
Our support-selection guide includes questions you can use across a shortlist. This page does not rank Glow against competitors or claim that all coaching apps provide the same service.
What the evidence does and does not say
NIDDK's program-selection guidance recommends asking about suitability, support, qualifications, evidence and costs when evaluating a weight-management program. Those questions are useful when assessing a service; they do not establish the effectiveness of a particular AI product. Read NIDDK's guidance.
Our principles and sources explain selected weight-management research and its limits. Research about human-supported programs cannot simply be assigned to Glow's AI coach. This page does not present a peer-reviewed trial establishing that Glow causes weight loss or is equivalent to clinician-delivered care.

Understand the purchase before downloading
Glow's AI coaching requires a paid Apple or Google app subscription. Download availability does not mean free coaching or a free trial. Check the amount due, billing period and renewal terms shown for your platform and region before purchasing.
The AI-coach subscription is separate from Endo Health's GLP-1 clinical program. Purchasing one does not establish that the other is included. An AI conversation is not an appointment with a clinician.
To identify the intended app, use Endo Health, Inc. and the official listings: Glow on the Apple App Store and Glow on Google Play. Review the current offer and privacy information before sharing personal information.
Your next step can be small and specific
If you want to begin planning before choosing paid support, use the first-week worksheet. It helps you write down a situation, an action, a fallback and a time to review. Completing it does not transfer a plan into Glow.
If the missing piece is an ongoing software conversation, see how Glow works, then decide whether the interaction fits the help you want. For questions about symptoms, medication, eating-related distress or whether weight loss is appropriate, start with qualified care.
