The credentials on this page were provided by Brian Yun. Membership describes his relationship to the organization; it does not mean that the organization has evaluated, certified or endorsed Glow. No specialty board certification or fellowship is claimed here. This profile does not specify a licensing jurisdiction or establish that Brian can provide medical care in a reader’s location.

Connection to Glow

Brian is a founder and executive of the company that makes Glow. That commercial relationship matters when reading product explanations or editorial material on this website. His involvement is not an independent product review.

Glow offers paid AI voice and text conversations, food photos and calls when needed. Its AI-coach subscription is separate from the GLP-1 clinical program. The physician’s credentials do not turn an AI conversation into a consultation with a physician, or establish a clinical outcome from using the app. See what Glow does.

What a named medical review means

A named review applies to the specific material and version reviewed. It does not mean every answer generated by an AI system has been reviewed by that person. We do not use a physician profile as a substitute for showing the source behind a health statement.

Read our editorial policy for the review and correction standard. Our principles and evidence distinguish research about weight management from evidence about Glow itself.

Follow the evidence, not just the name

When evaluating a health statement, ask what was studied, who took part, what the intervention included and whether the finding applies to your situation. A journal article about a clinician-delivered program does not automatically establish the effectiveness of an AI app. A professional membership does not answer that question either.

You can start with the weight-loss starting guide, the maintenance guide, or our support-selection guide. Each serves a different decision. For personal medical advice, consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
