How it works
A closer look at the Glow experience
Three ways to add context
Different moments call for different inputs. A call may be easiest when you want to think out loud, a text may be better for a quick update, and a photo may be the fastest way to show what was on the plate.
- Voice for a back-and-forth conversation.
- Text for quick updates and follow-up questions.
- Food photos for visual context when manual logging feels burdensome.
What food-photo support can and cannot do
Food-photo interpretation is an estimate. A photo may not reveal ingredients, quantities, preparation method, or everything eaten. Use it as conversational context rather than a perfect measurement or medical nutrition assessment.
When to use a qualified professional
People with medical nutrition needs, medication questions, allergies, or eating-disorder concerns should work with an appropriately qualified professional. Glow does not present itself on this page as a dietitian or medical provider.
